The RM of Rhineland is a spacious office building with a large board room. Some of the features include municipal offices, a break room, a large front entrance and a public area. This 6480 square foot farm shop features 20’ high walls with 2×8 exterior walls. The building is insulated with R-35 John Mansville Spider Insulation, and the exterior was completed with tuff rib steel. The interior walls were lined with PVC and the ceiling was perforated for sound proofing. Polycabonated overhead doors were also installed for client convenience.
The shop was equipped with a 16’ X 16’ mechanical room, 16’ X 32’ mezzanine floor with lunch room, half bath and 2 office spaces. The building was finished with low-E argon filled triple pane windows.
