This lovely country home was built in 2019. With its owners being part of the planning process, Its features reflect the true nature of its owners.An open concept design with many features, laundry room on the main floor, large master bedroom, 1 full bath and half bath.Veranda in front and back.

This lovely home was built in 2018 and features large top quality, triple pane windows, and custom built cabinetry. The main floor includes two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and space for an office. The owners chose to go with a full Logix basement with in floor heating. The house was completed with 2X6 walls insulated with John Mansville Spyder-insulation giving a R24 insulation value. R50 insulation was used in the attic, KWP siding with cedar shakes accents was used on the exterior and the house was finished with Dynasty shingles.

The RM of Rhineland is a spacious office building with a large board room. Some of the features include municipal offices, a break room, a large front entrance and a public area. This building boasts solid maple finish work. The finest quality material and workmanship are displayed through out the building.

This amazing new house features a large kitchen and living room with a built-in fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen features a walk-in cooler and custom built cabinets. The second level includes a bonus room with full bath. 

This house was designed on a concrete slab foundation with built in forced air heat, 9.5” double walls, R-41 John Mansville insulation, R50 blow-in attic insulation and cultured stone pillars. This home also features a three car garage with installed floor heat. The exterior was completed with KWP siding and Dynasty shingles.

This 1600 square foot home features two bedrooms on the main floor and two in the basement, two full bathrooms and a finished Logix basement with a family room. The finishing touches of this beautiful home included 3/4” oak hardwood flooring, custom built cabinetry and a custom ceramic tile walk-in shower. 

The house was completed with 9.5” double walls, R-41 John Mansville spider insulation, R50 ceiling insulation in the attic and triple pane Low-E argon filled windows. The exterior was completed with Dynasty shingles and Canxel siding with cultured stone.

This 6480 square foot farm shop features 20’ high walls with 2×8 exterior walls. The building is insulated with R-35 John Mansville Spider Insulation, and the exterior was completed with tuff rib steel. The interior walls were lined with PVC and the ceiling was perforated for sound proofing. Polycabonated overhead doors were also installed for client convenience. 

The shop was equipped with a 16’ X 16’ mechanical room, 16’ X 32’ mezzanine floor with lunch room, half bath and 2 office spaces. The building was finished with low-E argon filled triple pane windows.
